At the end of June, a major event takes place that is well known to experienced cyclists: the Ariégeoise cyclosportive. This particularly difficult race through the Pyrenean passes links Tarascon-sur-Ariège to the Plateau de Beille. And to measure themselves against more than 4000 metres of difference in altitude, no less than 5000 participants are present each year.
